{"id":5456,"date":"2023-03-29T15:29:53","date_gmt":"2023-03-29T13:29:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.delikatessen-nussbaumer.at\/?p=5456"},"modified":"2023-03-29T15:59:14","modified_gmt":"2023-03-29T13:59:14","slug":"toasted-mountain-slices-with-comte-aop-xavier-david","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.delikatessen-nussbaumer.at\/?p=5456&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"Toasted Mountain Slices with Comt\u00e9 AOP (Xavier David)"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Serves 4 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 g grated Comt\u00e9 AOP Xavier David<br>4 slices crusty farmhouse bread<br>2 large potatoes<br>12 green asparagus spears<br>4 slices mountain ham<br>2 tomatoes<br>2 onions<br>3 cl olive oilpepper<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat plancha to 240\u00b0C.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Wrap potatoes in aluminium foil and place under the barbecue hood for 50 minutes. When the potatoes are cooked, unwrap, peel and cut into rounds.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wash and scrape asparagus. Peel onions and roughly slice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sear the asparagus and onion on the hot, lightly oiled plancha.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When they have begun to brown, remove and keep hot.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place bread on worktop and add slices of potato, saut\u00e9ed asparagus and onions, ham and a few slices of tomato.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cover each slice with plenty of cheese. Season with a grind of pepper.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Preheat the grill and cook the slices until they are golden brown. Serve hot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tipp: You can make many different versions according to what vegetables are in season!
